Unlimited customization does not include modifications to development (PHP, plug-ins, themes, etc.), customizing custom code, Graphic design, PSD to WordPress, creating content or building a new website/subdomain.

Included: You want us to create a new blog post with texts and images that you send us, along with instructions and a format that is ready for WordPress.
Not included: You want us to create/write a blog post, search for images and upload them to WordPress.

So the chance of an emergency is very slim.
Secondly… in the odd chance that an emergency situation eventuates, as a valued client, you’ll have a response within 4 hours by a real life amazing human member of our support team.
Depending on the issue, it will either be fixed immediately or you’ll be given a time period within which the issue will be resolved.
I have multiple WordPress websites. Can you manage all of them?
Managing WordPress websites isn’t a five minute process. There’s a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes. Some of it is automated, some of it can’t be automated.
With this in mind, our support plans are for single WordPress websites.
If you have multiple websites we offer a 20% discount for every additional website we manage for you.
Do you offer WordPress website hosting too?
We support WordPress websites regardless of which hosting provider you’re currently with.
Therefore we don’t offer hosting as a service, but we can easily support you with any host you choose.
