What is included in every WordPress maintenance plan?
Every WPsupporters plan includes weekly manual updates of WordPress core, plugins and theme, daily offsite backups, 24/7 uptime monitoring, a 150+ point performance scan, GA4 reporting, a weekly report and support via our ticket system. Higher plans add security, malware removal, speed optimisation, AI support, website edits and priority support.
Which plan should I choose?
For most business websites we recommend Performance, because it adds speed optimisation to maintenance and security. A fast website keeps visitors on your site and helps your rankings in Google. If your budget is tighter, Supporter or Secure still keep your website updated, backed up and monitored.
How fast do you respond to support requests?
A real person responds to every support ticket within 4 hours. On the Ultimate plan we usually respond within the hour.
Do the plans include hosting?
No. We work with your existing hosting provider, so there is no migration and no downtime. If you would like new hosting, we can set it up with a provider we recommend.
Do you support websites outside the Netherlands?
Yes. We maintain English-language WordPress websites worldwide, including the USA, Canada, the UK, Europe, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai.
What counts as a website edit?
Website edits are changes to your existing website using material you provide, such as text, images, pages, posts, settings and products. Custom development, custom code, graphic design, writing content and building new websites are not included. For a new website, see our WordPress web design service.
I have more than one website. Is there a discount?
Yes. Each additional website gets 20% off. For organisations with several WordPress websites we also offer custom enterprise plans from €750 per month.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
The plans and features are the same. With yearly billing you pay about 16% less per month than with monthly billing.
