How fast do you respond to support tickets?
You get an automatic confirmation straight away, and a real person responds within 2 hours. Most issues are resolved within 24 to 48 hours. If something takes longer, we give you an estimate and keep you updated. On the Ultimate plan we usually respond within the hour.
How does onboarding work?
You choose a plan, then we ask for access to your WordPress website and hosting. We start with a performance scan of more than 150 points, make improvements and send you a report. From then on, we maintain your website every week.
Does it matter which hosting provider I use?
No. We maintain WordPress websites on any host worldwide, so you can keep your current hosting.
I have more than one website. Is there a discount?
Yes. Each additional website gets 20% off the monthly fee. Larger organisations with several WordPress websites can get a custom enterprise plan.
What counts as a website edit?
Changes to your existing website: editing pages and posts, adding images, publishing content you supply, installing plugins or changing settings. Custom development, writing content, design work and new websites are quoted separately. Edits are included from the Secure plan: 1, 2 or 4 hours per month.
Do you offer WordPress migrations?
Yes. Moving your website to another host falls outside our maintenance plans, so we quote it separately.
